Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil

Who hasn't seen this movie or read the book? I have read it and seen the movie and I love them both! I can see myself there during the whole thing. I always loved the part in the cemetery and the Voodoo Priestess. I always thought that was so creepy and scary. I love taking photographs and experimenting with my camera. So when we went to Savannah, GA on vacation, we stopped by Bonaventure Cemetery. This cemetery overlooks the Wilmington River and is filled with old trees that are covered in Spanish Moss. Some of Savannah's most notable citizens are buried here. I took some great pictures here and thought I'd share them with you guys.
I have to say, while I was walking through the cemetery, my husband had the car and he was with my dad and my son. My mom and I got sidetracked and lost from them. It was the middle of the day (thank goodness) but it was still pretty scary. Thank God I had my cell phone with me so I could call him and have him come find me. I got lost there trying to find the grave of Johnny Mercer, which I finally did find. My point of all this rambling is, while I was back there walking around and being lost, I could picture myself there in the pitch black dark, just like John Cusack did in the movie, and I was creeped out.
