My motto has always been, one man's trash is another man's treasure. I love going into the Goodwill and Salvation Army and looking at junk! I mean, I donate some pretty awesome things so I know other people do too. I recently went to the Salvation Army and bought this memo board. It was pretty ugly but brand new in the wrapper. I paid $2.99 for it. I ripped the ribbon and buttons off it and recovered it in Amy Butler fabric. Of course, now it's fabulous! The ribbon isn't on there straight but it will do for now. Here are the before and after pictures.
