9/11 Memorial

Tuesday morning, we had reservations to visit the 9/11 Memorial. I knew it would be very sad and a lot to take in. We made our way down there and went through a lot of security. We waited in several lines and finally we got in. It was breathtaking. Seeing all of the names was very overwhelming, especially when it said somebody's name followed by "and unborn child". Such a senseless act and something none of us will ever forget.
They did an amazing job with the memorial. The new freedom tower is moving on along and it is going to be huge!!
