Redneck Riviera

A lot of people that live in Memphis go to Gulf Shores, AL on vacation. We are no different. The last three years we have gone to Fripp Island, SC but this year we came back to the gulf. It's only about 6-1/2 hours away from home. They have a great water park, fun places to eat and lots of junk stores for my boy to spend my hard earned money in. The place we stay is called The Sandpiper. It's different than most because it's only 3 stories high. Most of the places down here are high rises and this place is quaint and family oriented. We have four grills in the courtyard and everything we need to feel right at home all week.
