A friend of mine bought it and she wanted it painted with Annie Sloan Coco Chalk Paint, distressed with clear & dark waxes. The inside is painted with General Finishes Basil Milk Paint.
Here's the finished product and she's quite lovely. I had purchased the hardware a while back and had no clue what I was going to put it on until I saw this. It always makes me sad when this beautiful furniture has to leave our house.
